Overload protection monitoring output current, if the current exceeds the rated value, immediately reduce power or cut off power; Overheating protection monitors the temperature of the gun head and power module in real-time, and stops charging if the temperature exceeds the standard.

The lightning protection module is designed for Integrated Dc Ev Charger to resist lightning surges and protect internal circuit boards. Simultaneously equipped with an emergency stop button, in case of an emergency, press the emergency stop button to cut off the power.

There is a pre charge detection before charging, and if the gun head has poor contact or abnormal circuit, it will not power on. Charging gun electronic lock, unable to pull out the gun in the charging lock state, to prevent electric arcs from being generated when pulling out the gun with electricity. The entire protection system does not work independently and will be coordinated with the vehicle BMS.

Even if the protection of Ev Charging Station is normal, there are still risks in the external environment, and outdoor charging should be avoided as far as possible in rainstorm and lightning weather; Keep the charging gun head dry and do not insert it with water.

The protective device needs to be regularly inspected. After long-term use, the leakage protector may age. It is recommended to have an electrician conduct a safety inspection once a year for Ev Charging Station to verify whether the protection is normal. Aging accessories should be replaced in a timely manner to eliminate safety hazards.
