Sennan Electric and Chongqing Electric Power College Join Forces to Establish "Flexible Power Technology Innovation Center"

In March 2025, Chongqing Sennan Electric Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Electric Power College jointly unveiled the "Flexible Power Technology Innovation Center." Attendees included representatives from the college, including Secretary Bai Yong, Dean Wang Qiuhong, and their faculty and student team, as well as Sennan Electric's General Manager Yue Qiubao, Deputy General Manager Wang Lizhi, and other company leaders.

This in-depth cooperation with Chongqing Electric Power College is a vivid example of the integration of industry, academia, research, and application. Based on the campus, the innovation center closely combines the university's research advantages with the industry's needs, focusing on two core areas: flexible power technology and new energy photovoltaic, energy storage, and charging. It is committed to overcoming key technical challenges in smart grids and energy transition. This not only provides the industry with cutting-edge technological solutions but also builds a practical platform for students "from classroom to workshop."

Currently, the "dual-carbon" goals are driving accelerated changes in the energy structure, and flexible power technology and new energy development are the "key engines" of this process.
