As a green transportation tool with broad development prospects, new energy vehicles will see exceptionally rapid popularization in the future, and the future market potential is enormous. Against the backdrop of severe energy and environmental crises, the Chinese government is actively promoting the application and development of new energy vehicles. Charging/battery swapping stations, as crucial supporting infrastructure for the development of new energy vehicles, have significant social and economic benefits. A campaign to build new energy vehicle charging/battery swapping stations has already begun nationwide.
The control circuit of
Ev Charging Station is mainly implemented by an embedded ARM processor. Users can use self-service card swiping for user authentication, balance inquiry, and billing inquiry functions. A voice output interface is also provided for voice interaction. Users can select four charging modes according to the LCD display: time-based charging, charging by energy consumption, automatic full charge, and charging by mileage.
The new energy vehicle charger controller and concentrator communicate via a CAN bus. The concentrator and server platform communicate via wired internet or wireless GPRS network. For security reasons, energy consumption billing and amount data are encrypted.
The main functions of a Battery Management System (BMS) are to monitor the battery's operating status (voltage, current, and temperature), predict the battery's state of charge (SOC) and corresponding remaining driving range, and manage the battery to prevent over-discharge, overcharge, overheating, and severe voltage imbalances between individual cells, thus maximizing the battery's storage capacity and cycle life.
The charging service management platform has three main functions: charging management, charging operation, and comprehensive query. Charging management centrally manages the basic data involved in the system, such as new energy vehicle information, battery information, user card information, and
Ac Ev Charger information; charging operation mainly manages user charging billing; and comprehensive query refers to the comprehensive analysis and querying of management and operational data.
